Our Basic Managment Skills workshop is designed to help businesses owners develop the new set of skills they need to enable them manage the business and the people they employ effectively.  We offer two slightly different workshops, one for owner managers which includes a more strategic approach and one for those moving into a managment position and need to understand more about business and how to manage people.

We also offer one to one leadership training.
