The driving force behind Engage with Business is Managing Director Kate Wilde. Kate has a passion and enthusiasm for helping business to start and grow. The ethos of the Company is built around her desire to ‘engage with’ people and their businesses and to work with them as part of the team to help them achieve their goals.

Kate learned about business in the best possible way – as owner manager of her own Company. Having gained real practical experience of the highs and lows of business Kate decided to turn her attention to helping others through the same “minefield”, with the conviction that she was in a good position to offer advice and support.

Soon after setting out on this new career, Kate achieved accreditation as a Business Adviser and then joined the Institute of Business Consulting. Kate is now Regional Executive of the Institute of Business Consulting for the East of England. This commitment to her profession means that Engage with Business has contact with nearly two hundred Business Advisers with a wide range of expertise and skills from across the region. Engage with Business will gather support from among the best of these professionals when required by the needs of those business with which the Company is engaged.
